This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for someone to guide and execute our microfinance strategy, grow our funding, referral and service relationships in the financial inclusion community, front our microfinance advocacy work, and manage the delivery of our Good Loans services.

The Financial Wellbeing Coach is primarily responsible for the delivery of our DEBTsolve programme to clients experiencing financial hardship across New Zealand.
Working primarily with clients referred by a network of Good Loans Advisors and Financial Mentors from around the country, the Financial Wellbeing Coach will assist clients with unsustainable existing debt, to advise and assist them in developing and implementing debt reduction plans, which may also include a debt solution loan for refinancing unmanageable debt.
