Financial Wellbeing Coach – economic harm

We’re looking for a motivated person to assist clients to improve their financial wellbeing and security. This includes helping them to access family violence or financial hardship provisions, negotiate with creditors and develop and implement debt reduction plans. 

Ideally, you will work in our Christchurch or Wellington office alongside other members of the Economic Harm team. However Auckland-based candidates will also be considered.

Phone-Based Loan Worker – microfinance

We’re looking for an engaging individual to join our team to support individuals and families through our Good Loans services. 

You will be handling enquiries and engaging in financial conversations with clients which builds their financial capabilities.

You will be undertaking loan interviews with clients, including preparing detailed budgets with the clients which assess the client’s ability to afford loan repayments.
