Overcoming financial challenges in her own life has given Renee a deep understanding of how crucial it is for whānau and communities to have strong support services. Renee’s experiences fuel her passion for delivering services that genuinely meet the needs of those they are meant to help. She believes everyone deserves access to resources and systems that can help them overcome obstacles and thrive.

Renee is client-centred, collaborative, and an experienced people-leader. She has a keen eye for process improvement and a commitment to continuous learning. Her dedication to service design and development is rooted in the belief that better systems, create better outcomes for individuals and families.

Renee’s extensive experience in service delivery and management includes Covid vaccination programmes during the intense stages of the pandemic, a large-scale Māori diabetes prevention and healthy lifestyle program, and Plunket services.
