Partners and supporters

Partners help us deliver services free of charge to people experiencing harm and hardship. All our supporters help us make meaningful change, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Working with the right partner to develop a solution amplifies the impact we’re able to make, and creates a smoother path to financial wellbeing for Good Shepherd’s clients.

These collaborations are making a real difference in the lives of women, girls and their families.

The Ministry of Social Development provides operational funding so we can deliver vital financial wellbeing conversations and no-interest loans for people on low income.

BNZ provides a credit facility so we can offer no-interest loans, and expertise to help us do a good job of lending.

Centrix provides credit reports so we can make sure people’s loans are affordable and manage our risk, and helps rectify credit scores unjustly affected by economic abuse.

Woolworths sees the importance of hardship relief grants and no-interest loans for supporting their staff, and provides operational funding for us to deliver both.

Vero works with us to maintain effective affordable car insurance for people on low incomes, and provides operational funding so we can offer this product to our clients.

The Financial Services Federation is working with us to develop codes of practice to help financial service providers improve their capability to understand economic abuse and support customers experiencing it. The Federation also chose us as their charity partner for two great fundraising events which added $24,000 to our hardship grant fund.
