Aiolupotea Lili Tuioti Director
Samoa (villages of Falelima and Lauli’i), based in Newtown, Wellington.

Aiolupotea Lili Tuioti has experience in strategic leadership, education and community advocacy across Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific. She currently works as the Director of the Peter McKenzie Project, a programme of the JR McKenzie Trust, that funds a small group of organisations working to shift systems to enhance whānau and tamariki thriving.
Lili trained as a teacher and went on to serve as a principal at an Auckland secondary school. She worked in the Pacific focused on education leadership development and more latterly as the Education and Strategic Adviser to Tokelau over 10 years.
From 2019 – 2022 Lili worked as the Mission Services Director at The Salvation Army (TSA), Newtown Centre, Wellington. She was appointed to the Territorial Governance Board, TSA (NZ, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa) in 2021.
Lili is committed to advancing the mission of The Good Shepherd through her dedicated service.
