Hayley is part of the Client Engagement Specialist team, she believes that understanding the person allows her to guide clients through the enquiry process with warmth and clarity. Her background spans retail management, software engineering studies and tech, but it is her lifetime of supporting others that brings her the most joy.  Beginning in a fostering household, she naturally stepped into the role of helping children feel seen, safe, and part of the family and that translates to how she approaches her work.

Hayley is a creative at heart, from singing on her church worship team to exploring different mediums in art, she brings that same expressive energy into her work. Empathetic and people‑centred, she values being part of someone’s journey and helping them discover their next step. As a mother and a natural encourager, she believes deeply in growth – no matter how small – and brings that belief into every client interaction.
