Kimberley leads our efforts to maintain and enhance our technical infrastructure. This underpins our ability to deliver services, collect and learn from data, advocate for change, and more.

Kimberley is smart, personable and collaborative. She brings a huge body of experience and set of capability. This includes doing business analysis for the some of the government’s most sensitive technology, and leading the digital investment function for Department of Internal Affairs.

Most recently, Kimberley established the Digital Investment Office function on behalf of the Government Chief Digital Office (GCDO), under the direction set by Cabinet. She represented GCDO on the Treasury’s Investment Officials Panel, providing advice to the Minister of Finance and feedback on the Investment Management System. She facilitated the annual agency digital investment intentions and current state asset reviews.
