Nicola’s work helps ensure sound management of our finances and robust administration of our legal entities.

Nicola started work as an administration manager in her early 20s. In that role, she received a great foundation in financial management. It set the direction for the rest of her career. She has held various finance and operations roles, often being the sole financial go-to for the organisation.

As a charity seeking to make a big impact, we make every cent count. Nicola’s financial forecasting, management and reporting are essential for our management and governance teams. Her operational experience supports our people policies, company administration and more.

Nicola is an active and positive person. She trains and competes with her local waka ama, Te Waka Pounamu. She is incredibly driven personally and professionally, and yet an easy-going teammate.
