Renee leads the delivery of effective, efficient services in line with our mission. This includes adapting services to the changing needs of the people we’re here to service.

Having overcome financial challenges in her own life, Renee has a deep understanding of how crucial it is to have strong support services for whaanau and communities. These personal experiences fuel Renee’s passion for delivering services that genuinely meet the needs of those they are meant to help. She believes everyone deserves access to resources and systems that can help them overcome obstacles and thrive.

Renee is client-centred, collaborative, and an experienced people-leader. She has a keen eye for process improvement and a commitment to continuous learning. Her commitment to service design and development is rooted in the belief that when we create better systems, we create better outcomes for individuals and families.

Renee has strong experience in service delivery and management. Prior to Good Shepherd, she worked in community health. She delivered covid vaccination programmes during the intense stages of the pandemic, a large-scale Māori diabetes prevention and healthy lifestyle program, Plunket services, and more.
