Providing bank statements manually

If you are not able to provide access to your bank transactions using Credit Sense, you can e-mail your most recent three months of bank statements downloaded as a PDF instead.

You can download your bank statements as a PDF by logging in to your internet banking website or mobile banking app.

New Zealand’s main banks each provide guidance to help you. Your bank may also be able to provide more assistance. We cannot accept scans, photos or screenshot copies. 

One of our staff will let you know where to email your downloaded statements.
