Our services will be closed for the holiday season from Friday, 19 December 2025, reopening on Monday, 5 January 2026.

You can still make enquiries online during this time. We will review them as soon as possible in the New Year.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, reach out to your Leader for support. They can assist with options, including providing vouchers to help during this time.

We are not a crisis service. If you need urgent support:

  • Visit Sorted for financial resources and tools
  • Call 0800 733 843 for family violence support.

This is a free service that provides information and support with finances, including access to no interest Good Loans.

As part of this service, employees can access:

  1. Tips for budgeting and getting ahead financially
  2. No interest Good Loans up to $3,000 for essential household goods and services
  3. Support to work through challenging debt and negotiate with creditors
  4. Financial hardship provisions and financial wellbeing support
  5. Information about other support services.
