Good Shepherd’s Christmas close-down period
Our services will be closed for the holiday season. Our last day for 2024 is Tuesday 24 December, and we’ll reopen on Monday, 6 January 2025.

This is a free service to provide you with information and support with your finances, including access to no interest Good Loans.
As part of this service, you can access:
- Tips for budgeting and getting ahead financially
- No interest Good Loans up to $3,000 for essential household goods and services
- Support to work through challenging debt and negotiate with creditors
- Financial hardship provisions and financial wellbeing support
- Information about other support services
