All couples benefit from talking about finances, whether they have just met, are in a long-term committed relationship, experiencing financial stress, or are financially happy.

Having an effective conversation about money requires some preparation.

To have successful and constructive conversations try active listening and speaking.

What should you think about when making a financial plan with your partner? We share our tips and tools on how to create a successful financial plan.

As relationships progress, there may come a time when you need to manage joint money.

If you are in a relationship where there is debt, including a mortgage, a conversation around this topic is beneficial as part of your financial discussions.
